DESCRIPTION:This year we've begun offering Weekend Intensives: our four-week Full Tune-up Class compressed into two weekend days. All the same information listed above in our four-week class is covered. This is a great fit for those hectic schedules with travel or other commitments that make it hard to come to four consecutive weeks of classes. All the same topics will be covered in 6- 7 hour days on either consecutive Saturdays or Saturday/Sundays of one weekend. With our same small\, two person class size\, it's the perfect fit for active people.
