Ride for an hour or so Wednesday morning. Moderate paced no drop. We usually but not always find ourselves riding up hills in which case regroup at the top.

We try to get you to work on time if you work at 9am or so. If you’re downtown 8am is do-able.
Bring a bike map of portland. No cue sheets or maps provided.

After your ride a changing room and shower is available at our shop. Rides feature a variety of distances and routes designed for novice to intermediate riders. No one is ever left behind on these low-impact rides- a good option for people who haven’t been on a bike for a while (or a decade!) and want to move their body and get some fresh air at an easy pace while enjoying the beauty of Portland, America’s Bicycle Capital!
Our guides are pros at leading people around Portland safely. Besides the invigorating exercise and cameraderie of group riding, Lunchtime Fitness Rides are a great opportunity to learn how to bike around the city safely and what gear you’ll need to bike through the winter and stay warm and dry.
Cycle Analysis hosts a two hour Mt Bike ride on the Britt Trails in J’ville or John’s Peak which has 200 miles of trail. Come enjoy good food, friends and a great ride. It’s an all comers ride. Helmets mandatory at all times, lights in the winter.
Tune your own bicycle! This course includes three 4-hour, hands-on classes. Each Tune-up class has a two student maximum. What makes our classes exceptional is our commitment to individualized learning. We want you to receive the highest quality, personalized learning experience possible. Classes cover:
- Basic bike maintenance (including flat changes and on-the-road fixes)
- Brake adjustments, pad replacement and changing cables and housing
- Derailleur adjustments, shifting, and cable replacement
- Hubs and bearing overhauls, drivetrains and chains
- Bottom bracket and headset adjustments
- Wheel truing and review
4 Week Full Tune-up Cost: $325 per student. Parts not included but students get 15% off all purchases.
