Ride the Heart of the Valley

Early spring is the perfect time to get out to stretch your legs, give your bike some TLC and start to get ready for a busy summer of riding your bike.

Ride the Heart of the Valley on April 23 is a lovely spin through the Willamette Valley, stating from Corvallis. This cool ride is organized by a team of driven Veterinarian Medicine students dedicated to raising funds to help animals in need.

About the Routes

With routes of 12, 30 and 62 miles, this ride is a nice easy opener to start loosening your legs. Friends and family, of the two or four legged variety, can join in on the 5k Dog Walk and join you at the finish line.

Routes are relatively flat and travel along gorgeous low traffic roads.

Finish Line Party

The finish line features complimentary lunch from Laughing Planet Cafe and a free beer over at Corvallis’ own Mazama Brewing Company.
