On a cold winter day, filmmaker Manny Marquez assembled a cast and crew of 35 people and tucked them into a rustic, historic fruit packing warehouse in downtown Hood River to film the 2016 Filmed by Bike film festival trailer. The trailer sets the tone for the event, so if this one is any indication, it’s sure to be an awesome year at the 14th annual festival.
