Do you feel like you’re the sluggish one in the group? It’s not necessarily your fault. Simply pushing yourself harder isn’t necessarily the answer. Stomping harder on the pedals definitely isn’t the answer. You need a more methodical approach.
Life shouldn’t have to be a race, so there’s no reason to go faster if you don’t WANT to. But if you have been hoping to increase your speed and efficiency, go for it. Reaching a milestone goal can be extremely rewarding and a fun way to mix up your rides.
