Refund, Transfers, & Cancellation Policies

We try to keep this as simple as possible, but there are some details you should know about.

The No Refund Period

If you register within 30 days of the event, there are no refunds.  

If you are registering within 30 days of the event we do offer Purchase Protection via our registration system. The terms and conditions of Purchase Protection.

Transfers

You can transfer a registration to another person with written notice. We just need their name and email address and we can make the transfer.

If you need to do this within 48 hours of the event date, we can make it happen, but have a little grace for our staff. That is our busiest time.

Other Refund Options and Terms

1 - The I made a mistake 48 hour window

We get it, life and typos happen. If you notify us within 48 hours (2 days) we can cancel your registration for 100% refund of your registration price. This does not include processing fees. Requests must be made in writing.

This does not apply within 30 days of the event.

2 - The 31 Days or More Refunds

These are percentages based on the date of notification. The percentage amount is based on the written date of notification. See the rate table for those percentages and dates.

Refunds can take up to 14 days to process.

Purchase Protection via our registration platform is always available when you register. However, it is only available at the time of purchase. The terms and conditions of Purchase Protection.

ORbike Cancellations

ORbike may cancel or reroute an event due to the occurrence of any force majeure event or credible threat thereof.

That means, something outside of ORbike’s control has forced a change.

This includes but is not limited to any Act of God, acts of civil or military authority, hazardous weather (such as flooding, high wind, lightning), fire, earthquake, casualty, war, terrorist attack, epidemic, insurrection, civil unrest, strikes or other labor activities or any other similar cause beyond the reasonable control of ORbike, LLC. 

Additionally, environmental conditions that might threaten the health and safety of Event participants, volunteers or staff may cause a cancellation or rerouting. 

By registering, you understand and agree that your registration fees and other costs will not be refunded by ORBike, LLC. If all or any portion of an ORbike Event is cancelled or rerouted due to a force majeure event. You release and hold ORbike, LLC harmless for any costs or damages incurred as result of cancellation or rerouting of an ORbike Event due to a force majeure event.
